The master bedroom features a king-size bed with blackout curtains for restful sleep—so comfortable that guests frequently ask where we got the mattress! The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an armoire to keep your belongings organized. At the back of the house, a bright and spacious room overlooks the patio and features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a desk, and a 32" monitor with a printer/scanner/copier—perfect for booking a fishing trip or getting work done without squinting at your laptop.
The home includes two recently remodeled bathrooms—one between the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo and another near the bunk room with a walk-in shower, ideal for guests with mobility concerns. A gas-powered tankless water heater ensures endless hot water.
The kitchen is stocked with high-end dishes, silverware, and cookware, along with a reverse osmosis system providing clean drinking water at the sink and to the ice maker. In the evenings, unwind on the screened front porch in our hand-built swing while watching golf carts pass by on the town’s only designated route. Or, relax in the spacious living room with plush new leather furniture.

Summary: The pictures does not do this place justice. The owner has it set up so cute inside and there’s a full entertainment area on the back patio. Perfect for your furry friends too. We brought our lab and it was nice to have a fully fenced in area where we could hang out and have fun but also not have to worry about him running off. Property manager is super friendly and responsive. Area of cottage is in walking distance to everything in downtown Port St Joe and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: This property is a great place to stay in Port St Joe. Walking distance to everything. Pet Friendly and perfectly laid out for pets. My wife and I enjoyed staying here with our 8 year old Golden Retriever. Highly recommend if you are looking for something in the area. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Summary: The place was just what we wanted but the host is by far the best we have stayed with, the place was really clean and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the back patio was really nice to relax on especially hearing the rain on the roof. You can't find another place that is so conveniently located, you can walk to everything in town and the property has plenty of parking. I will definitely be staying again, like I said the host was best we have encountered, she keeps the place clean and is very helpful, they even put me on one of their fishing spots that produced a decent red.

Summary: We had a great time at the home and it fit our needs perfectly! We truly enjoyed the location to downtown and the covered back patio with Cornhole and Jenga! It took us a minute to figure out some meals without having an oven or standard microwave, but there were so many other options that it wasn't a problem!
